FED UP WITH SMOKING OR E CIGS?

In recent years it has also become less socially acceptable to smoke and then you feel awkward or judged that you are doing something bad, bad for your health, bad for relationships, bad to take time away from your work in order to have your fix.
Many people try so many times to quit smoking and some have success for a period of time but each time you try and you go back to it again it adds to your sense of powerlessness to quit smoking permanently. There are so many avenues of help out there and it gets a little confusing as to how effective those methods actually are. If you give up smoking in the right way there is no need for you to gain weight and you will avoid symptom substitution. Symptom substitution can be things like becoming dependent on chewing gum, snacking, nail biting, skin picking.
How to stop smoking
Personally I have been helping people to successfully stop smoking usually in 1 session since 2003. One of the reasons that my sessions are so successful is because we work on the underlying reasons and the psychological aspects ie your belief systems, thinking styles and how powerful you feel in relation to stopping smoking , quitting patches, gum, ecigs (vaping), etc. The success rate of the method I use is an evidence based 92.5% which is phenomenal compared to say for example patches with a 16% success rate.
